Eligibility for Returns:

Please note that at ShopLFJ, all of our clothing items are made to order and therefore custom by nature. Refunds and exchanges where items are not damaged or defective will be handled at the discretion of our management team.

1.1. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as when you received them. It should have all original tags and packaging intact.

1.2. Certain items are exempt from being returned. These include accessories such as earrings, underwear, and swimwear for hygiene reasons.

1.3. Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Returns for Exchange:

2.1. We offer a hassle-free exchange policy for all eligible items.

2.2. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service within the specified return period.

2.3. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) and initiate the exchange process.

2.4. Once we receive the returned item(s) and confirm their eligibility, we will ship the requested exchange item(s) to you.

Returns for Refunds:

3.1. We understand that sometimes you may need a refund instead of an exchange.

3.2. Refunds are only applicable for cases where an item is defective, damaged, or if we have made an error in the order fulfillment process.

3.3. If you believe your item is eligible for a refund, please contact our customer service within the specified return period.

3.4. We may require you to provide photographs or other evidence to support your refund request.

3.5. Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their eligibility for a refund, we will process the refund through the original payment method used for the purchase.

3.6. Please note that the refund amount will exclude any shipping charges or additional fees incurred during the initial purchase.

Return Process:

4.1. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team either through email, phone, or our website’s contact form. Provide your order details and reason for the return.

4.2. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process, provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN), and instructions on how to return the item(s).

4.3. Please ensure that the item(s) are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

4.4. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping the shipping receipt for your records.

4.5. Once we receive the returned item(s) and confirm their eligibility, we will process your exchange or refund within 14 days.

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are non-returnable:

5.1.  Accessories such as earrings, underwear, and swimwear for hygiene reasons.

5.2.  Items that are damaged or altered from their original condition.

5.3.  Items not returned within the specified return period.

Return Shipping Costs:

6.1. If you are returning an item for an exchange due to sizing or style preferences, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

6.2. If the return is due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
